while strolling through şirince (pronounced she-rin-jay) with you-know-who, this cute little lady was cooking ayva reçeli (pear jam) in the street.

it was rainy and overcast...my favorite type of day.
things just seem more romantic and real without the glare of the sun, bleaching out the colors and the mood.

I like how she's looking at you and the whole composition of the photo. Only thing that bothers me a bit is her hand that is not whole in the photo. Maybe you could have gone a bit backwards, or even cropped a bit on the right and upper part to show her whole. But besides that, a great capture! :)

yeah, this was a very spontaneous shot. she was moving around, so this is exactly how it turned out.
i was also disappointed about her hand.
i rarely crop my photos. i try to stay full frame since that is how i'm composing.

but thanks for your input as usual. i really do appreciate it greatly.
